Free Shipping:

Tiger Exhaust offers FREE Express shipping to the whole world.The prices in the shopping cart include shipping fee but do not include any possible tax that may be charged by the buyers local customs office.

 

Business Hours:

Tiger Exhaust (MURSER IMPORT EXPORT) maintains normal business hours from 8am-5pm, PST Monday thru Friday and is closed on most major holidays.

 

Domestic Prices:

All prices show in our price list, catalog, website and otherwise are CFR Tiger Exhaust's facility in Turkey and are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders shipped inside of Turkey will be charged the appropriate Turky sales tax. All orders are invoiced at price in effect at the time of shipment. Tiger Exhaust is not responsible for any incorrectly printed product descriptions, part numbers, or prices.

 

International Pricing:

All prices are in EURO and do not include freight charges. Prices and freight charges are indicated on the Pro Forma invoice for each order. Preferred payment method is Wire Transfer, however, we also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

 

Terms:

Standard Terms are C.O.D., Certified Money Order or pre-approved credit card purchases only. Personal checks cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to TBR as well as the original freight. TBR will not charge the customers' credit card until the order is shipped, unless it is a special order.

 

Orders:

Please allow 24-72 hours to process all orders from time of receipt.

 

Back Orders:

We try to avoid back order situations, but if it occurs, we will take your order and then call you as soon as the product is again available.

 

Special Orders:

All special orders are shipped prepaid only and cannot be returned.

 

Domestic Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped via TNT. The standard shipping method is Express.

 

Duties and Taxes:

International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

 

Cancellations:

Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled and is payable in advance. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. Tiger Exhaust cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.

 

Returns & Claims:

Any requests for the return of goods purchased from Tiger Exhaust must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 3 days. Prior to any return shipment, call Tiger Exhaust for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be issued over the phone. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on the vehicle, it cannot be returned. The party that originally purchased it from Tiger Exhaust, i.e., if you bought it at a dealership, can only return merchandise you must return it to that dealership. If the merchandise is being returned because of a shipping or packing error made by Tiger Exhaust, then Tiger Exhaust will only reimburse the buyer for the actual Express shipping is paid by the buyer.

 

Freight Claims:

All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice.

 

Warranty:

All Tiger Exhaust products are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects but Tiger Exhaust makes no other warranty claims. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of a new and unused product with a proof of purchase from an Authorized Tiger Exhaust dealer that clearly shows the purchase date and purchase price. Warranty is non-transferable; no returns will be accepted from third parties. Only complete kit items are covered under warranty. Tiger Exhaust does not warranty replacement parts or loose exhaust components or mufflers. Only invoices for complete slip on or full exhaust systems will be accepted for an RA# (Return Authorization). No RA# will be issued without the proof of purchase from an authorized Tiger Exhaust re-seller. No returns will be accepted without a valid RA # printed on the outside on the package and a copy of the original receipt included inside the package. Any packages sent without an RA# printed on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender. Product returned without proof of purchase will be processed as a repair. Sender will be responsible for the retail costs of all parts and in addition, to a repair rate. All of the items sold by Tiger Exhaust are intended for off road use only and are not street legal, DOT approved or EPA approved. Any of the items sold in our catalog and on our website could possibly void the motorcycle manufacturer's warranty. Tiger Exhaust does not warrant or imply compatibility with ANY other aftermarket parts such as saddlebags or other add-on items.

Items not covered under warranty at the sole discretion of Tiger Exhaust include but are not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused due to improper installation.

  • Damage caused due to fitment with any other aftermarket items.

  • Any type of crash damage.

  • Damage due to improper maintenance or muffler packing maintenance.

  • Material finish or rust due to salt exposure, inclement weather conditions, exposure to solvents or chemicals or lack of customer care and maintenance.

  • Shipping and or labor expenses

  • Any damages, consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of any Tiger exhaust system or product.

  •  

Extent of Warranty:

All warranty claims properly returned to Tiger Exhaust will be repaired or replaced by Tiger Exhaust. Tiger Exhaust is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is Tiger Exhaust responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of merchandise purchased from Tiger Exhaust. Any merchandise returned to Tiger Exhaust must be sent at the customer's expense with the proof of purchase along with the return authorization number. Tiger Exhaust reserves the right to determine whether the terms of warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed, this warranty is void. Tiger Exhaust is the sole arbiter of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications. Should any of these be found, this warranty is void. The duration of any and all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warrant. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded.

 

Liability:

The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from Tiger Exhaust  by the customer hereby shall release Tiger Exhaust from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any alteration or modification to any vehicle may increase the risk of injury, accident or death, and may also render the vehicle illegal for use.
